Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami spearheaded a massive roadshow in support of BJP candidate Dushyant Gautam from the Karol Bagh constituency on the last day of election campaign. The roadshow witnessed a massive turnout, with thousands of BJP supporters lining the streets to cheer for CM Dhami and the party’s campaign.
The energetic event was marked by CM Dhami’s sharp criticism of Delhi Ex Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He took Kejriwal to task on multiple issues, including the failure to clean the Yamuna River, allegations of corruption, appeasement politics, and the promotion of the liquor mafia in the city.
Addressing the public during the roadshow, CM Dhami said, “AAP has betrayed the people of Delhi with false promises. Kejriwal promised to clean the Yamuna River and make it as pristine as the Thames, but the river’s condition has only worsened. His government’s focus on appeasement and liquor mafia has led to chaos in the city.”
The Chief Minister also accused AAP of being steeped in corruption, labeling the party as a “brand ambassador of scams.” He said, “The Aam Aadmi Party has surpassed Congress in corruption. Kejriwal’s lies and misgovernance have caused immense damage to Delhi’s progress.”
Dhami urged voters to choose the BJP for clean governance and rapid development, emphasizing the benefits of a “double engine government” at the state and center. “Vote for Dushyant Gautam on February 5 to ensure Karol Bagh’s development and Delhi’s bright future under the BJP,” he said.
The electrifying roadshow ended with chants of support for the BJP, bolstering the party’s momentum as the campaign came to a close.
