Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday met Virendra Singh Bhandari and Soni Devi, parents of the late Ankita Bhandari, at his official residence. During the meeting, Ankita’s parents shared their views, concerns, and feelings related to the case with the Chief Minister.
CM Dhami listened to the bereaved family with sensitivity and empathy and assured them that the state government stands firmly with them in this difficult time. He reiterated that ensuring justice for Ankita remains the top priority of the Uttarakhand government.
The Chief Minister also assured Ankita’s parents of all possible support from the state government and said that positive action would be taken on their demands. He emphasized that the government is fully committed to ensuring justice and maintaining faith in the legal process.
The meeting underscored the state government’s resolve to stand with the family and to take every necessary step to ensure justice and dignity for Ankita.
