Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang took responsibility for the recent firing incident at Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s residence. Anmol Bishnoi issued a warning to Salman Khan through social media. In which he stated that this incident serves as a “first and last warning” to the actor.
In the post, purportedly made by Anmol Bishnoi, he ominously hinted that if there is a next time, the bullets won’t be aimed at walls or an empty home, suggesting a direct threat to the actor’s safety. “Salman Khan, this is just to show you a trailer, to make you understand our power and not to test our patience further… This is the first and final warning to you. Next time, the bullets won’t be fired at walls or empty homes,” the post read, signed off with ‘Jai Shri Ram’.
Salman Khan and his family have been the target of death threats from Punjab-based mafia groups, including the Bishnoi gang, for several years. These threats have taken various forms, including letters addressed to the family.
The recent incident involved two bike-borne persons who opened fire outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area early Sunday morning. The two individuals fired four rounds and fled the scene, prompting the police to enhance security around Khan’s residence and launch a search for the accused.
Security measures were swiftly increased outside Khan’s residence, and authorities began collecting CCTV footage to identify the perpetrators. Local police, crime branch personnel, and forensic experts arrived at the scene to gather evidence and initiate an investigation into the incident.
As of now, there has been no official confirmation from the police or Khan’s family about whether the actor was present at home during the shooting.
This is not the first time Salman Khan has faced threats from criminal elements. In March last year, an email threatening Khan was received at his office, leading to the registration of an FIR against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, and another individual. The FIR, based on a complaint by Prashant Gunjalkar, cited sections of the Indian Penal Code related to criminal conspiracy, criminal intimidation, and common intention.
The email referenced an interview given by Lawrence Bishnoi to a news channel, warning Khan to watch it and indicating that if he wants to resolve the matter, he should speak directly with Goldy bhai. Another incident in June 2022 involved an unidentified person threatening Khan via a handwritten note.
The recent escalation of threats against Salman Khan has raised concerns about his safety, with authorities closely monitoring the situation and taking necessary precautions to ensure the security of the actor and his family.
