Future of higher education lies in stress free environment; Educationist

Quantum Global Campus, IIT Roorkee and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) came together to discuss the ‘Higher education emerging in India: – Factors of the Future’. The seminar was organized by the leading management and engineering institute, Quantum Global Campus Roorkee. It was attended by 75 principals of CBSE schools in Dehradun, Saharanpur, Roorkee, Rishikesh and Muzaffarnagar.

CBSE Regional Officer Ranbir Singh and Rajat Agarwal, Professor, IIT Roorkee, addressed the gathering and held a discussion on the way forward for higher education in India.  Shobhit Goyal, Secretary, Quantum took the opportunity to announce that from 2018 the campus will operate as Quantum University, with additional technical and experimental education courses. “The atmosphere of Quantum University will be relaxed to allow students to overcome the pressure of education and focus on quality learning,” said Dr AK Khare, Director General, Quantum Global Campus.

Other dignitaries including Chairman of Quantum Global Campus, Ajay Goyal, Director, Prof Rohit Kushwaha, Dr Gulshan Chahan, Lalit Saini were present there.
