Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has visited New Tehri and campaign for BJP candidates in the upcoming Municipal Corporation elections. Addressing a public meeting at Ganesh Chowk, CM Dhami emphasized the need for BJP’s leadership to ensure Tehri’s all-around development and urged citizens to support BJP candidate Masta Singh Negi (Masta Bhai) for the post of Municipal President.
Arriving at the venue with a vibrant bike rally alongside youth workers, CM Dhami showcased his commitment to connecting with the people. In his speech, he called for a transformative change in Tehri through the BJP’s vision, stressing that only a BJP-led team could bring about substantial progress in the area. He assured the public that under Masta Bhai’s leadership, the municipality would see significant advancements in infrastructure, sanitation, and other basic amenities.
The Chief Minister also appealed for votes in favor of BJP councilor candidates, promising that the entire BJP team would work tirelessly to improve the municipality’s condition. “Our government will ensure Tehri Municipal Corporation is free from inefficiencies and moves forward on the path of development,” he said, emphasizing his commitment to making Tehri a model city.
Several leaders including Tehri MLA Kishore Upadhyay, District President Rajesh Nautiyal, Ex-MLA Dhan Singh Negi, Aditya Kothari, Sona Sajwan, and Vijay Singh Panwar, were present to extend their support. The rally and public meeting showcased a strong show of unity and determination to secure BJP’s success in the elections.
