Following on the instructions of the Election Commission of India, a state level workshop of the DLMTs was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Electoral Officer Saujanya at Secretariat on Tuesday. In this workshop, the information was given by the concerned nodal officers on the subject related to the MCMC, Election Expenditure Monitoring, Media, through a presentation. In this state-level important workshop, the treasury officers of all the districts, District Information Officers and MCMC of the districts and officers in-charge of the other committees were present.
In the workshop, Assistant Director Information/Nodal Officer, Election Ravi Bijarnia provided detailed information about media and paid news through a presentation. Haldwani City Magistrate Pankaj Upadhyay gave a presentation regarding the Model Code of Conduct and Election Expenditure
