Riot like situation thwarted by the police

Riot like situation controlled by the police in Vikasnagar on Sunday evening. A youth, which belongs to A particular community, was missing for the last few days.

Sensing untoward incident the youth’s family put undue pressure over the police and police managed to apprehend allegedly murderer, who belongs to another community. During interrogation he accepted that he killed him by throwing into river. As he disclosed this then the news spread like bush fire that one particular community youth was killed by another community. A large number of people surrounded then police and blocked the national highway too. When police tried to disperse the mob forcefully then they started pelting stone over the police.

Although vigilant police has mobilised huge police force to thwart any untoward incident and deployed their police force on high alert. Meanwhile officials are in touch with the both community to pacify the situation. Till filing the report situation is under control. This was claimed by the police on sunday evening.
