A terrifying incident unfolded in Kumhiya village of Devlond police station area, Shahdol district, Madhya Pradesh, on Thursday evening, when a mobile phone on charge exploded, leaving a seventeen-year-old girl severely injured.
According to reports, the girl, identified as the daughter of Pankaj Khairwar, was engrossed in playing games on her mobile phone while it was being charged. Suddenly, and with a deafening noise, the device exploded, causing catastrophic injuries. The force of the blast tore one of the girl’s hands to pieces and resulted in both of her eyes being soaked in blood.
In the aftermath of the explosion, the girl was swiftly rushed to Bansagar Hospital by her family members. However, due to the severity of her injuries, she was promptly referred to Rewa Medical College for urgent medical attention.
