Thomas Cook and SOTC Partner with UK tourism for aerial darshans to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat

Thomas Cook India and its affiliate SOTC Travel have signed MoU with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) to introduce aerial darshans of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. This has been announced on Wednesday. Its charges would be Rs 90,000 per person, the five-day spiritual tour has been made affordable through subsidies provided by the UTDB.

The tour will be based in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, with darshans commencing from the second day onwards. Day 2 will feature a visit to the Manokamna temple, while from day 3 onwards, participants will have the opportunity to experience darshans of Adi Kailash & Om Parvat.

Each batch of the five-day spiritual tour will accommodate a maximum of 14 persons. Thomas Cook and SOTC’s data reveals a substantial 100 percent year-on-year increase in demand for Spiritual Tourism.

The tour package includes two helicopter darshans to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat, an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) for the journey to the Parvati Sarovar temple, and all meals (vegetarian), as stated by Thomas Cook India Limited.
