There is a good news for candidates of economically weaker sections who are dreaming of becoming judges. Government has postponed the examination of PCS-J, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. Reason for postponement of the examination is to make reservation for candidates of economically weaker sections.
Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had sought online applications from the eligible candidates for the judicial services Civil Judge Junior Division Examination-2018 from December 28, 2018. In this order, the preliminary examination of the PCS-J-2018 was to be held on February 24 in various examination centers of Dehradun, Haridwar and Haldwani.
From 11 February, the admit cards of candidates who were found eligible for this examination were also uploaded on the website by the Commission. Now in this examination, the government has directed the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission by sending a letter to the candidates who are financially weak.
