In a bid to publicise the start up policy, chief secretary UK Singh has asked the officials to publicise it by using all means including radio.
The Chief Secretary instructed that the presentation of those firms which are fulfilling the norms should be put up in the next meeting of the council. He said that firms doing innovative experiments will be encouraged. In the meeting, the Information technology, energy, artificial intelligence sector were allowed to be included in the focus areas chosen by the Start Up Council. The Chief Secretary also approved through Task Force monthly allowance of Rs. 30,000, Rs.60,000 and Rs 45,000 to Ms. Sunfox Technology Private Limited, Moxi Lab. Private Limited, Parvartan Technology Private Limited, respectively.
To promote start up eco-system, Chief Secretary instructed that five firms/organizations whose applications were received through incubator should give presentations in the next meeting of the council. It was also decided to spread awareness about start up policy through radio jingles and other mediums also.

Ravishanker,Vice-Chancellor Swami Rama Himalayan University, PHD Chamber of Commerce members Virender Kalra and Director Anil Taneja, Prof. SD Samant Rai of Pantnagar University,member of the council Dr. Rakesh K Sharma, Rishi Pandey, Dr Ajit Nigam of UPES, CS SIDCUL Rajiv Kumar Jha, Director Industries Sudhir Nautiyal,Deputy Director Industry Rajinder kumar were present in the meeting.
