Commenting on the recent decision of supreme court in Sohrabuddin encounter case, in which court has acquitted to BJP national president Amit Shah, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the decision has ascertained our claim that congress misused government machinery to achieve political gain only. He made this disclosure while addressing to media at his residence on Wednesday.

CM said that Sohrabuddin was a mining mafia and he was killed. In 2010 to gain political mileage they hatched conspiracy against then Gujarat Home Minister and incumbent BJP national president Amit Shah. As part of conspiracy they framed Shah’s name in it. For this they misused the CBI too. Now court has given clean chit to Amit shah from this case.

Then Congress led UPA government had also publicised that Shah had been expelled from the state but in reality, Shah himself had decided to stay out of the State. The decision of the court has now exposed that he was framed in the case for political reasons.

In reality Amit Shah along with his family had voluntarily opted to leave Gujarat during investigation period. It was around two years long spell. Even they tried to malign the image of then Gujarat CM and incumbent PM Narendra Modi. During this exile period he had also spent some time with him. It shows that how much he had respect towards our judicial system .During that exile period (so called), he travelled by second class in train across the nation and study the diversity and unifying aspects of the country. Due to this he gained deeper understanding about the nation and its culture too.

Replying to dainiknation.com question, do you think that Amit Shah should sue against the officials, who become ploy of congress leaders especially then PM Dr Manmohan Singh and AICC president sonia Gandhi, CM said that in political career there are lots of up and down happens and politician could not afford such lengthy procedure in each and every case.

It has been the character of the Congress to misuse the government machinery for its own benefit. The manner in which the emergency was imposed after the Allahabad high court decision in 1975 is known to all. Meanwhile, the BJP State president Ajay Bhatt also welcomed the Supreme Court judgement.

The apex court ruling that Shah was not guilty in the Sohrabuddin case shows that the then Congress government at the Centre and its top leaders had conspired to frame Shah in the case.
