In a bid to prepare blue print for the development of the state, which is going to complete its 18 years, Trivendra Singh Rawat led Uttarakhand government is going to organize a mind boggling session ahead of state foundation day here in Dehradun. In which National Security Advisor to Prime Minister Ajit Doval, Chief of Army staff Gen Bipin Rawat and several other dignitaries, especially who belongs to Uttarakhand and having experience on national and international arena, are supposed to participate in the session at chief minsiter residence on sunday. They will share their experience and give suggestion about how state can do better than now.
During state Assembly Election-2017 Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed to the people of Uttarakhand that as state is going to become adult and being a parent you pay special attention to their ward when he/she completes 18 years. Similarly, if you give your mandate to BJP then he would take care the state between 18 years to 22 years i.e. 2017-22 by giving proper guidance to the chief minister.
During the mind boggling session these dignitaries including Ajit doval would discuss about how much progress 18 years old state has achieved so far, where state is lacking and how state can do better than now. As we know that state shares international boundaries with two countries and border villages are getting deserted by the people due to lack of basic amenities like medical, education and livelihood. Since inception of BJP led Uttarakhand government, CM Rawat has been consistently claiming that he would check migration by ensuring development should reach upto the last village of the state.
As Ajit doval is national security advisor to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he has served Army intelligence so he understands how border villages play important role in nation security. in view of this his observation and suggestion would help the bureaucrat while preparing draft for the state development.
WHERE THEY GOT IDEA
Ironically on October 29 Former Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President Kishore Upadhyay had announced that he would convene a seminar title Uttarakhand vimarsh-kya khoya kya paya- bhavishya ki chunautiyan on Novemeber 1. while briefing to media he had also introduced several people apart from party line especially who are working for the betterment of the society.
Sources said that the idea clicked to the bjp leaders especially chief minister Rawat so he has decided to conduct a seminar to prepare blue print for the state development.
