Massive transfer in Food and civil supply dept

Taking cognizance on the alleged Rs 600 crore scam in Food and Civil Supply Department (FCSD), Principal secretary FCSD has reshuffled their officers on Thursday. Sources said that there was a perception that these officers may temper with the evidence because Special Investigation Team (SIT) is already doing their investigation in the scam. Meanwhile RFC has been suspended after chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat’s order so department is taking all precautionary measures to avoid further embarrassment.

As per the rejig order Garhwal Division RMO VP Dhulia has been transferred as Deputy RMO Kumaon Division. As we know that after suspension of RFC, Udhamsinghnagar DM Neeraj Khairwal was given charge of RFC in recent bureaucrat rejig. Kumaon division’s Senior Marketing Officer (SMO) Ashok Kumar, Chandrashekhar, Rekhadhar, Krishna Kumar have been transferred as Garhwal division’s RMO while Garhwal Division’s SMO Kailash Pande, Lata Mishra, Ranjana and Mukesh Bhatt have been transferred to Kumaon division’s SMO.

Besides it, 18 marketing inspectors (MI) have also been transferred with immediate effect.
