Ingredients –
2 Cup – Peas
2 Cup – Wheat flour
250 Gram – Cooking Oil
½ tea spoon – Fennel Seeds (Saunf) powder
½ tea spoon – Mirchi or Red Chilly powder
½ tea spoon – Salt(As per taste)
1/4 tea spoon – Garam masala (Can skip)
1 pinch – Hing (A safetida)

Method –
Boil peas in water and strain water after that. When it will cool down completely then grind it and make a paste out of it.
Take wheat flour in a big bowl,add fennel seed powder,red chilly powder,garam masal,hing and salt.Mixwell.Now add paste of peas in it and mix well.
Mash it properly. Add water as per requirement to make hard dough.
Make balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin and make circles for kachori.
Take oil in a frying pan or kharai and put it on high flame.
When oil will be hot fry them from both sides.
Remove it from oil when it become crispy in light brown.
You can serve it with any curry, yoghurt, tomato ketchup or chutney.It can be used as a good tea time snack as well.
