Journalist should not do bias reporting: Media adviser

Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat’s media adviser Ramesh Bhatt has categorically advised the mass communication students that you must have better understanding about social, political and economic issues. Journalist should not be bias towards anyone and they should always try to learn something new otherwise they can’t do justice with their profession. He expressed these views while addressing to the students at Dev sanskriti university on Sunday.

He said that these days journalist are running after TRP which is why they mere focus on negative or sensational news. By publishing such news, they are depicting negative impression before the society. Instead of doing so they should focus on positive news and with this they can give positive direction to the society.

 

He also given overview about the electronic media about its functioning and challenge too.
