A girl framed rape charge against an IAS

A daughter has alleged that her father has raped her. Ironically the allegedly accused is an IAS officer in Uttarakhand government. Currently posted at Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Nainital. Although he has outrightly rejected her allegation and said that she is suffering from depression and currently undergoing psychological treatment.

IAS Avnedra singh Nayal, who had retired but government had given him one-year long extension and posted as Director general in ATI, Nainital. Talking to media the IAS Nayal said that my daughter is mentally stress so we had taken her for counselling. Earlier she had made such allegation against the horse riding training academy instructor. Although the allegation proven wrong during course of investigation. He further said that earlier he did not take her seriously. To make her career brighter we had sent her in Australia for further education.

She is undergoing medical treatment. As per the police she is currently stationed in Rajasthan.
