DGP asks police say no to deepawali gift

If you think that by giving expensive gift to the police during Deepawali you can please them for next  one year then think twice because this year they would not receive any such gifts from anyone. By giving gift to them you may invite problem for them because department would take disciplinary action against the copy. As Uttarakhand Police DGP Anil Kumar Raturi has categorically asked their subordinate to make sure no to Deepawali gift this year. Even you make sure that you and your subordinate should not accept gift from anyone.
He has also asked the police departments head and district police heads that it is your responsibility to ensure that noone in police uniform should receive gift from anyone. Although the order has been issued but how their subordinate implement this. In this regard a order has been dispatched to the district police incharge, unit, branch and companies too.
