CM Dhami Warns Against Attempts to Disturb Uttarakhand’s Unity

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday issued a stern warning against those trying to disrupt the unity and harmony of Uttarakhand. Without naming Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal or opposition leaders, who have recently made controversial political statements, the Chief Minister emphasized that Uttarakhand was created with the vision of ensuring development reaches every citizen. He urged all residents to work together with the spirit of “One Uttarakhand” and not fall prey to divisive agendas.

In a strong message, CM Dhami has categorically said that no individual—whether a minister, MLA, MP, or common citizen—would be spared if he/she found guilty of disturbing the state’s unity. He assured that moving forward, any provocative statements or actions that threaten Uttarakhand’s identity will be dealt with strictly.

“Our aandolankaris sacrificed for this state’s formation so that every person benefits from development. It is the responsibility of all of us to take Uttarakhand forward, not create divisions,” he said. He further stated that the government is committed to ensuring peace and will not tolerate any attempts to create unrest. The Chief Minister’s remarks reinforce the state’s stance on maintaining stability and fostering collective progress.
