Police arrests a PCS officer

A PCS officer arrested in Dehradun today.

He has been identified as Sudhanshu Pandey and belongs to Kanpur UP. He had taken Rs two lakh from a property dealer and introduced himself as Labour secretary in Uttarakhand government.

As we know that RK Sudhanshu is an serving IAS in Uttarakhand secretariat. Taking benefit of name similarity, accused Sudhanshu introduced himself as secretary Labour to the property dealer. The dealer verified it with the secretariat and he was confirmed that Sudhanshu is a secretary in Uttarakhand secretariat. After verification he paid him Rs two lakh as bribe.

In lieu of Rs two lakh Sudhanshu pandey issued him license. When he applied for some contract then he was told that his license is fake. Realising it that he has been cheated he immediately lodged police  complaint. Taking cognizance on the complaint police arrested him and seized several stamps of few other departments from his possession.

During investigation it has been revealed that Sudhanshu had qualified PCS main examination in the year 2014. Since then he has been introducing himself as PCS officer and even maintaining as an officer.
