Uttarakhand Police, who had arrested samachar plus Chief executive officer Umesh J kumar from his house in Delhi, has managed to get him on police remand today. As we know that court had sent him on judicial remand till November 8.
On Wednesday Umesh had applied for his bail but his bail petition was rejected by the court. Meanwhile police was consistently demanding from court to give him on police remand. Now police will interrogate him for further investigation. As far as legality is concerned then police could not add any further section to strengthen the case in court. If they fail to add new section then he would get bail from higher court.
