A delegation of “ Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy” of Singapore met Chief Minister  Trivendra Singh Rawat and gave a proposal to boost competitive excellence in the field of MSME and tourism. The proposal was given at a meeting held at secretariat on Thursday.  The Chief Minister instructed the Chief Secretary to study the proposal and give a report.

Chief Minister said that there has been positive response from the industry after the ‘Investors Summit’. He said that the ITIs and engineering institutes needed to be linked with industry so that the industry being set up in the state gets regular flow of skilled manpower. He further said that the new identified destination need to be incorporated in tourism.

Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh,Additional Chief Secretaries Om Prakash and Radha Raturi and other senior officers were present on the occasion .
