State to get Rs 77000 crore investment

In an informal interaction with the media persons, Chief Minister  Trivendra Singh Rawat has said that Uttarakhand is all set to hold the Investors Summit in Dehradun on October 7 and 8.

“The first investor summit is to be held in the state. We are working for it. This Investor Summit is expected to bring investment of about Rs 77,000 crores. MoU of Rs 65,000 crore has been signed”, said CM.

He said that in this investment conference, investors will play their part in different areas. In the state, not only in the automobile sector but efforts will be made to bring investment in sectors like hospitality, tourism, yoga and solar energy. This will create employment opportunities in hill areas and the state’s economy will be strengthened
