A disturbing event has come to light in the posh Connaught Place area in the country’s capital Delhi. The girl behind the wheels dragged a homeless woman 100 meters after running over her. Police managed to stop the vehicle. According to the Delhi Police, on the Outer Circle in Connaught Place, at around 9 pm, a student took her SUV car in the wrong side. Here she ran over her vehicle over a homeless woman. After crushing the woman, the student hastened the speed of the car in an attempt to escape from the cops, due to which the woman was dragged around 100 meters with the car.
Seeing this, the police stopped the vehicle by putting a barricade and pulled the woman from under the wheels. However, she had died. According to the police, the accused girl is a student studying fashion designing. The accused student Shreya is being told to be 20 years old daughter of a big businessman from Bareilly. At the same time, the 50-year-old woman, who came under the car, lived life begging in the Connaught Place area.
Police said that during the accident, there were two more girls in the girl’s car. Police have arrested the accused girl by registering a case of negligence and non-intentional murder. However, she was released on bail a few hours later.
