A rape victim has delivered a baby

A rape victim has delivered a baby in hospital here in Dehradun today.

Now police will match the child’s DNA with the rape accused, a teacher who had allegedly raped 10th class student in kempty of mussoorie division, to ascertain his crime. It is being said that both mother and newborn baby are healthy. Although teenager’s father is under stress about the future of newborn baby. They have made up their mind to donate the child to needy one. He said that as the girl herself is teenager so how she would be able tackle her child?

Kempty police post incharge Manoj Negi said that teenager girl, who is class X Student, has delivered a baby. Now police will conduct DNA test of the child with rape accused. with this they would be able to prove his crime.

In September 2017 a class X Student had alleged that she was raped by her Science teacher. It had revealed when she become six month pregnant. Immediately after her revelation her parent lodged police complaint against the teacher. Taking cognizance on it police had lodged a complaint against the Teacher Pravesh Kumar under different section including 376 and currently languishing in jail
