Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today addressed a massive public meeting in support of BJP candidate Anil Sharma in Delhi’s R.K. Puram assembly constituency. The event, held in the presence of several key BJP leaders, saw CM Dhami emphasize the development policies and public welfare initiatives implemented by the BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
In his address, CM Dhami expressed confidence in the formation of a “double engine government” in Delhi, highlighting the enthusiastic support he witnessed during his campaign across more than 32 locations in the city. He stressed that the BJP government’s rapid development initiatives have not only transformed India but have also positively impacted Delhi, underscoring the importance of electing Anil Sharma for continued progress in the region.
The Chief Minister further praised the BJP’s performance in Uttarakhand, pointing out the significant drop in unemployment and the state’s growing momentum in development. He urged Delhi’s voters to cast their votes in favor of Anil Sharma on February 5 to ensure the area’s swift development under BJP leadership.
Dhami also took the opportunity to target the opposition, criticizing Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress for engaging in what he described as “corruption and appeasement politics.” He specifically accused Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal of misleading the public on the cleaning of the Yamuna river, claiming the AAP had failed in this regard.
In conclusion, CM Dhami reiterated his confidence in the BJP’s vision of a prosperous, fast-developing Delhi, emphasizing the importance of a double-engine government to achieve this goal. The meeting was attended by BJP candidate Anil Sharma, MP CP Joshi, former Haryana Minister Latika Sharma, and other prominent public figures.
