BJP wins election through toss

Believe it or not but this is true that BJP candidate wins election by winning toss only. It has been noticed that Rudraprayag municipality BJP candidate and independent candidate earn similar vote i.e. 150 each. Seeing this tie up election commission has decided the result through toss.

Toss happened between BJP candidate Uma Devi and Independent candidate Bina Devi in ward no 3 of Rudraprayag municipality. Both have earned 150 votes each then they decided through toss.
