Cong to observe black day on nov 8

Uttarakhand PCC President Preetam Singh said that nation economy has collapsed due to demonetization and GST. Due to this party has decided to celebrate demonetization first anniversary i.e. November 8 as Black day. He also cautioned the people to beware from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s political gimmicks.

For instance-during general election-2014 then Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi had promised that once they would be voted to power  then he would bring black money and each people of this country would get Rs 15 lakh into their account. Now he is in power for the last three and half year but the money yet to reach into the poor public account. Similar promises he has been making with Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat voters that now he would take action against the benami sampati (anonymous property). This is just like what he had promised during general election.

On November 8 Prime Minister Narendra Modi had demonetized the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 note. Then he had said that with this he has made attack on black money but now it is known to everyone that all the currencies have been deposited into the bank account. It means the money were not black money. Due to this reason RBI is not giving actual data of deposit money. As people were under stress due to demonetization and then government imposed Goods and Service Tax (GST) without making proper preparation. With these two decision he has paralyzed the nation economy.

As these two decisions have affected each and every citizen of the country so party has decided to celebrate demonetization anniversary i.e. November 8 as black day in the state. He expressed hope that everyone is affected so large number of people would come to show solidarity with the congress. He alleged that despite being a prime minister of this country, Modiji is threatening to the congress party from public forum that he would crush congress. Is this the language of the PM? he said that he has been trying to project that all the development has happened in last four year and before this we were living in dark age. Thank god he has not claimed that nation got independence under his regime, PCC president added.
