Preetam singh appoints new PCC chief of UK

Chakrata MLA Preetam Singh, who had managed to regain his seat amid PM Narendra Modi magic  and lone congresss MLA out of 10 seat of dehradun dstirct, has been appointed as Uttarakhand PCC president on Thursday. With this appointment one thing is clear that party high command has accepted that party poor performance happened due to outgoing PCC president Kishore Upadhyay.

With this appointment party has tried to dissuade rivalry between Upadhaya and Ex CM Harish Rawat.
