Police deployed at the entrance of Tehri House

Taking cognizance on the Secretary D Senthil Pandian’s security threat, who had written a letter to the government and expressed apprehension that he and his family having threat to their life, home department has provided him two gunners on Thursday.

Talking to the www.dainiknation.com, a senior officer said that he has expressed threat to him & his family life but he has not clarified about the threat from whom. Although police are investigating the matter. Meanwhile a notification for gunner appointment has been issued and intimated to Dehradun SSP too. Although home department has appointed two gunners one will roam along with him and another will be posted at the entrance of Tehri house.

Now question is being raised that if his family was having threat then why department has not provided guard at his residence. Instead of providing guard at his residence they have deployed a gunner at the entrance of the Tehri house. With this deployment government might have been providing security to all the residents of the IAS colony.
