Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has completed the six months. Giving his report card CM Rawat said that concrete decisions have been taken in the last six months to ensure overall development of common man, poor, backward and depressed classes by the Government. During this period he stressed on to streamline the state financial situation and its result would be visible on ground in coming months. These views were expressed by the CM Rawat while interacting with media here in secretariat on Monday. Now any one can interact with the CM and this would be proven effective tool to curb the corruption.
Using the modern technology to check corruption effectively, maximum use of technology in governmental working, resolving the public grievances on fast track through Samadhan portal and 1905 helpline number, implementing biometric attendance till block level, initiative like CM Dashboard, speedy enquiry through SIT, giving subsidy under DBT, implementing educational calendar are some major steps taken by the present government for ensuring transparency in administration and governance.
Government has decided to complete the target to supply electricity to remaining 63 villages under Pandit Deendyaal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Scheme, using of overhead LT lines, reserving the solar energy project up to 05 MW for locals, distributing 100 lakh LED blubs, recruiting 1000 patwaris for implementing Prandhanmantri Fasal Beema Yojna and revenue works, opening 100 Generic Medicine Shops, starting online registration facility in 6 hospitals, encouraging tourism through 13 districts-13 new destinations, construction of rope ways.
State Government is moving ahead with progressing approach. Government will set up new dimensions of development. Basic problems of State will be resolved along with ensuring overall development in future.
