DAINIK NATION BUREAU : A minor girl has been gangraped in Jai Narayan Vyas University playground in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan on Sunday. Police has arrested four person including three students, who used to campaign for the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) candidate in university students union election of JNVU. According to the police the victim girl along with her boy friend had come to jodhpur on Saturday late evening. As they were not having Aadhar card with them so they did not get room in hotel. Later they stayed in Krishna guest house. As they were minor and not having aadhar card so guest house keeper allotted two separate room to them on Saturday late night.
Realising that the girl have come with her boyfriend without consent of her parent. Guest House keeper Ashok Jaat barged into her room and tried to raped her. Realizing the intension of house keeper she raised an alarm. In fit of rage the guest house keeper forced them to vacate the room in the midnight. Getting thrown out of the room they were going to railway station. Meanwhile they reached to the Pawata chowk then they met with three youth. They tried to make friendlier with the minors. They offered them food and offered lift upto Jodhpur railway station. Upset with the guest house keeper behaviour minor girls and boy saw ray of hope with them and they readily agreed to take their benevolent offer. They started going towards station then one of the three rape accused that in this route they will met police. Police will harass them on the name of questioning so we would go by railway tracks.
Experiencing hotel behaviour they also agreed to go to the Jodhpur station via railway track. While going to station via railway track they reached near JNVU university campus. There three youth forcefully took to the girl to the hockey ground and tied her boy friend there. Later they gangraped her infront of her boyfriend. As the gangrape incident happened during early morning hour then one the morning walker saw this heinous act. They immediately informed to the police. Without wasting time police rushed to the spot. They used the modern technology to track the accused. Meanwhile they took the hapless minor girl to the hospital for medical. They released the tied youth. Meanwhile police came to know that accused youth are nearby. Seeing police presence there they rushed to the nearby hostel. Later they rushed toward nearby hilly areas. Police chased them and they fallen while running away so all three have received injuries on their leg.
Talking to the media, DCP East Amrita Duhan said four person including Krishna guest house keeper ashok jaat has been arrested. We have informed to the girl parents. Now we will produce the accused to the court and appeal to the court to refer this case to the fast track court so guilty will be punished as soon as possible.
Explaining about police immediate action, DCP Duhan said a morning walked informed to the police about the incident. Police reached to the sport immediately and found victim girl sobbing there. Meanwhile police used latest gadget to nab the accused. Ultimately we have arrested four including three students of the JNDU.
