DAINIK NATION BUREAU : Rajasthan Police has submited 414 pages charge sheet in Jodhpur gangrape case in court on Wednesday. As we know that a minor Dalit girl was gangraped by three youth in JNVU campus in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan on July 16 early morning. As per the police they have submitted the charge sheet after matching digital and DNA report.
According to police, A teenage girl along with her boyfriend came to Jodhpur from Ajmer on July 15. They reached to jodhpur on late evening so they lodged in Krishna guest house. As per the norms they asked for Aadhar card or ID card but they were not having so they were given two separate rooms. Girl was given a room on first floor while her boyfriend was given a room in ground floor.
At midnight the guest house manager Suresh reached to girl’s room with water bottle. She says she does not want water bottle so Suresh started playing with switch of light by doing switch on and off. Later he tried to touch her but she resisted and raised an alarm. Getting upset with her behaviour Suresh forced teenage couple to leave the premises in midnight. Thereafter they were waiting outside a shop and these three youth came and offered them help.
Initially they offered the teenage couple to help and they readily agreed. These three youth said that htye would leave them upto the station. Later one of the three youth says if they go by main road then police may question them so we will go by railway track to avoid police. The teenage couple, who were upset with the guest house manager behaviour, agreed to go by railway track. While going to station by railway track then they reached to JNVU old campus. As they reached there then trio behavior changed suddenly and one of them make hold of the boy and two youth pounced the hapless girl.
Ironically one out of three kept tight hold on the boy and two youth undressed the girl forcefully. They gangraped her one after another and hold the boy on rotation basis. These three youth raped the girl several times in front of her boyfriend and her boyfriend kept pleading. This inhuman behaviour started from around 2 am on July 16 and it continued till 4 AM.
Meanwhile victim boy saw someone came there for morning walk so he resisted again and managed to flee from their clutches. He rushed to the morning walker and narrate the incident. The morning walker came for his help and saw girl lying nude. He understood the entire things and he informed to the police over phone and helped the girl. Meanwhile trio rapist fled from the scene.
Although while fleeing they were having belief that the girl have come here by fleeing from home so she will not reveal this to anyone. With this notion they were having tea in nearby shop. Meanwhile police reached to the crime spot and took the girl to hospital and alerted control room about the incident.
With this police came into action and they put barricades to arrest the accused. Meanwhile these three accused were having tea at shop but they started running after seeing police. Later police apprehend them after chasing for few meters. To ascertain the accused involvement police called FSL team on the spot. They collected sperm from girl’s body and spot and sent it for DNA report. Later DNA report matches with these three accused. Now police has submit its charge sheet and appealed the court to begin trial as early as possible.
