The police has registered the case of SCST act and assault on three BJP leaders including Rudrapur MLA Rajkumar Thukral.
A 15-year-old daughter of a person resident of Transit camp, Shivnagar, had gone missing. In this case, he handed over a complaint to the police that his daughter had run away with the 17-year-old son of Ramkishor alias Shyam, resident of Indira Colony. At the same time, the father, mother and sisters of the juvenile were accused of supporting him. The police had filed a case against everyone and had started looking for both the missing teenagers. The boy’s father, Ramkishor alias Shyam, told that was somehow able to call both the teenagers to his house on Friday afternoon.
After this, they went to the house of the legislator Rajkumar Thukral, for the panchayat, where there was a dispute between the two sides due to no mutual consent.
Ramkishor alias Shyam in his plea had accused that in Panchayat, MLA Rajkumar Thukral and Dilip Adhikari and Kiran Sardar assaulted his minor son.
When his wife Mala Devi daughter Pooja, Sonam and Aarti went to the rescue, the legislator, Rajkumar Thukral, misbehaved and assaulted them as well. His wife and daughters were injured in the incident. The relatives who had come together were assaulted as well. While taking action on the plea, the police has registered a case of SCST Act, assault and using abusive language on all three.
