IIT passout commits suicide by jumping off 7th floor of building

An IIT alumni who had completed B.Tech in 2010 from Delhi’s IIT, jumped from the seventh floor of the IIT building this morning. 31-year-old alumnus Anshuman Gupta, on Saturday, went out of his house telling that he was going to meet his friend. But did not name the friend he was meeting. Then, at around 10 in the morning he committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of the building. The police did not get any suicide notes. At present the family is not in a position to talk. In the initial investigation, unemployment is seen as a reason behind suicide. The body is being has been sent for postmortem, as well as questioning the family and some friends so that the cause can be detected, which forced Anshuman to commit suicide. Anshuman was a resident of Greater Kailash, New Delhi.
