A 4-year-old girl body found under mysterious circumstances in Haridwar on Friday. The child had gone missing on Thursday, prompting her worried family to file a missing person report with the local police. Despite frantic search efforts by both police and locals, it was the girl’s father who tragically discovered her dead body in a deserted area surrounded by bushes.
The child’s body having signs of brutal assault, leaving the entire community in shock. Police have arrived at the scene immediately and sent the body for post-mortem. According to officials, the investigation is being taken very seriously.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pramendra Dobhal expressed deep concern over the incident and assured that no stone would be left unturned in bringing the culprits to justice. “The guilty will not be spared,” he stated, directing a special team to probe the case thoroughly.
Police are scanning CCTV footage from nearby areas and questioning locals to gather leads. The heinous crime has triggered outrage in the region, with residents demanding swift justice and the immediate arrest of those responsible. The case has raised serious concerns about child safety and law enforcement vigilance.
