In a bid to make direct contact with common man, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami interacted with citizens on Tuesday. These people had lodged their complaints through the CM Helpline 1905 so CM took their feedback too. The Chief Minister personally reviewed the status of their grievances and took direct feedback from them, reaffirming the government’s commitment to responsive governance.
During the meeting, CM Dhami expressed satisfaction over the resolution of complaints raised by the citizens. “I am happy to know that the problems of all the complainants have been resolved. This trust of the public is our biggest inspiration,” he said.
The Chief Minister emphasized that public service is the highest priority for their government. He reiterated that efforts are being made to ensure no citizen in the state is left unheard or neglected. “Our government is working with an objective of treating public service as paramount. We are committed to resolving people’s problems with sensitivity and urgency,” he stated.
He directed officials to act promptly on pending complaints and ensure their resolution within a stipulated timeframe. Accountability and seriousness in governance, he said, are the pillars of an efficient administrative system.
CM Dhami also stressed the importance of continuous communication between the administration and the public. He noted that initiatives like CM Helpline 1905 are crucial tools in bridging the gap between the government and the common people.
The interaction highlighted the government’s efforts toward building a transparent and accountable administrative framework, where citizen grievances are not just heard but effectively resolved. The Chief Minister’s proactive engagement with complainants has been widely appreciated and is seen as a step toward reinforcing public trust in governance.
