Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to promote winter tourism in Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Harshil today to inspect the preparations. He has conducted a review at Mukhimath (Mukhva), the winter abode of Maa Ganga, and held discussions with officials to ensure seamless arrangements for the high-profile visit.
During the inspection, CM Dhami directed officials to make all necessary arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit, ensuring that it is well-organized and memorable. He also emphasized the importance of showcasing the region’s rich cultural heritage and traditions, underlining the need to strengthen Uttarakhand’s position as a global tourism destination.
“This visit will be a historic step in promoting the divinity and spirituality of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand on an international platform. We are excited to welcome our successful Prime Minister and showcase the immense potential of winter tourism in the state,” said CM Dhami.
Officials have been instructed to highlight the unique traditions, local crafts, and scenic beauty of the region during the visit.
