CM Dhami Participates in ‘Mukhya Sevak Samvad-Aapke Dwar’ at Tyuni, Jaunsar-Bawar

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the ‘Mukhya Sevak Samvad-Aapke Dwar’ program at Tyuni, Jaunsar-Bawar, on Sunday. During the event, he inspected various stalls and distributed kits to women.

Paying his respects to Mahasu Maharaj, the Chief Minister expressed his gratitude for visiting the spiritually rich land of Jaunsar-Bawar. He recalled his visit to Masoom Maharaj before the 2022 assembly elections, stating that such visits happen only by divine will. He emphasized his devotion to Mahasu Maharaj.

Highlighting development initiatives, CM Dhami announced a provision of Rs 120 crore for the reconstruction of the Mahasu Maharaj temple complex, aimed at enhancing pilgrimage and employment opportunities. He also revealed plans to expand the Hanol master plan, reinforcing the government’s commitment to the region’s cultural and economic growth.

The Chief Minister stated that Uttarakhand has made significant strides in various sectors. He noted the state’s first position in NITI Aayog’s Sustainable Development Goals ranking and the reduction of unemployment by 4.4% over the past year. The government is also promoting women’s empowerment through initiatives like ‘House of Himalayas,’ which supports women-led businesses and has enabled the creation of one lakh ‘Lakhpati Didis.’

Referring to Uttarakhand as the ‘decade of the 21st century,’ a vision set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Dhami said the state is progressing rapidly in business, innovation, and tourism. He also acknowledged the Prime Minister’s appreciation of Uttarakhand’s hosting of the 38th National Games during the recent ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program.

CM Dhami reaffirmed the government’s commitment to development, mentioning the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code, strict anti-copying laws, and over 20,000 government jobs created in the last three years. The state aims for integrated development across all regions, from Arakot to Askot and Niti to Mana.

The event saw the presence of MLA Munna Singh Chauhan, MLA Durgeshwar Lal, District Panchayat President Madhu Chauhan, District Magistrate Savin Bansal, SSP Ajay Singh, and other dignitaries.
