On Wednesday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unveiled a roster of star campaigners for several states, such as Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Assam. The lineup of 40-star campaigners for the BJP in Uttarakhand includes Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Notably absent from the BJP’s list of star campaigners is former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti.
