Army to open its OPD for civilians

Defence Minister Nirmala Sitaraman along with Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni is reaching Pithoragarh today. As we know that taking cognizance on the poor health service in uttarakhand, Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni has managed to find out its solution and even minister of defence has approved his proposal. Now onward Army hospital will open its OPD (outdoor Patient Department) for other than defence personnel. With this decision people especially who were residing in remote areas will reap its benefit.

Currently army has nine hospital and para military has around 50 hospital in the state. It means state people would get medical facility in 59 more hospital now onward. To ensure it
