Recruitment’s were made for 80 posts of accountant in Goa government and 8,000 candidates took part in this recruitment examination, but surprisingly none of these passed in this examination. On condition of anonymity, a senior official said that all graduate candidates had to get minimum 50 points out of 100 to pass this examination, but no one was able to get this score.
Goa’s Director of Accounting, while issuing a notification, said that no candidate was successful in this preliminary examination held on January 7. The official said that in this 100 mark examination, questions related to English, common knowledge and account were asked.
Aam Aadmi Party’s general secretary Pradeep Padgaonkar, while criticizing the delay in declaration of results, said that it is a shame for Goa University and Commerce colleges that such graduates from there are passing out.
