Mamgai and Napalchayal selected for Info Commissioner

After long delay due to technical reason state information commission finally got two new information commissioner on Saturday. In which one is retired IRS and other is Ex-IAS officer.

A meeting of the selection committee formed to select Information Commissioners chaired by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat was held here on Saturday.

It has been decided unanimously in the meeting to select Chander Singh Napalchyal, Ex-IAS officer and J.P.Mamgain, a retired IRS officers as Information Commissioners.

Cabinet Minister Madan Kaushik, Leader of Opposition in the state assembly Indira Hariydesh, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi participated in the selection committee meeting.
