The single window clearance of State Empowered Committee during its last meeting discussed investment proposals worth Rs.1812 crores. In a meeting presided over by Chief Secretary at Secretariat on Monday, it was informed that in principle sanction to these units have been granted. A total of 2221people will get employment through these.
In the Single Window system, clearance for projects is granted within 15 days. Chief Secretary gave clear instructions that all the departments should adhere to the time limit. Principal Secretary MSME Manisha Panwar informed that to implement single window system online portal www.investuttarakhand.com has been started.
The entrepreneurs apply online to establish their units. Proceedings are done on Common Application Form and portals of all the departments giving sanctions and clearances are integrated.
Principal Secretary Home Anand Vardhan, Secretary Tourism Dilip Jawalkar, Additional Secretary Forest Dheeraj Pandey, Member Secretary Pollution Control Board S.P.Subudhi, CCF B.K. Gangte and other officers were present.
