Every year the Bihar Education Board, is in the headlines for the toppers of the board exams, this time however the spotlight is on the numbers obtained by the students. In fact many test takers have alleged that this time they have achieved more than the total numbers. At the same time many students complain that they have been given numbers in the subjects they have not even given the examination.
According to the Times of India report, Bhim Kumar of Arwal district has received 38 out of 35 marks in Mathematics (Theory) whereas 37 marks out of 35 in Objective Type questions have been given. On the other hand, Sandeep Raj, resident of Eastern Champaran, got 38 marks out of 35 in Physics Theory Paper. Sandeep got zero number in national language and English. A student received 40 marks out of 35 in mathematical paper.
On the other hand, there are many students who have not participated in the examination and they have been given numbers in the result. Javani Singh, who lives in Vaishali, claims that he did not participate in biology paper, but he has been given 18 marks. Many such cases have happened with other children, which are disturbed by such negligence of the board. The Bihar Board had recently released the results of the 12th Board Examination, in which there was a dispute over Topper Kalpana Kumari. This time there was a dispute about the attendance of Kalpana. Earlier questions have been raised about the intellectual capacity and age of the toppers.
