Newly joined Rajiv Rautela, who had come from UP, has been made Kumaon commissioner and SAD secretary Harbans Singh Chugh has been relieved from Secretariat Administration and given charge of Rural Engineering Service.
Secretary D Senthil Pandian has been relieved from Rural Engineering Service and sugarcane & Sugar; Kumaon Commissioner Chandrashekhar Bhatt has been relieved from the post of commissioner; Secretary (incharge) Ashok Kumar has been relieved from higher education and technical education; Secretary (incharge) Indudhar has been relieved from SAD, General Administration and Reorganisation and given charge of Sugarcane and Sugar;
DG information Pankaj Kumar Pandey has been given additional charge of Rural Development and Commissioner Rural development; Additional Secretary Vinod Prasad Raturi has been relieved from Sanskrit Educatio and SAD and given charge of Revenue.
Additional secretary R Rajesh Kumar has been relieved from Industry Development, Commerce and Textile, MSME, Director government press Roorkee and Director MSME and given charge of SAD.
Additional Secretary Ranbir Singh Chouhan has been relieved from Power and Director Alternate Energy and given charge of women empowerment and child development and Director integrated child development.
