In a bid to ensure presence of crowd during Trivendra Singh Rawat’s one year celebration state government has issued a circular to all officers. The order was signed by chief secretary Utpal Kumar Singh. As we know that after taking charge as chief minister of Uttarakhand, while hoisting tricolour on the occasion of Independence Day CM Rawat found less number of officials so he asked then chief secretary to serve show cause to all the absentees. Thereafter lots of murmuring happened and officials said that how they would justify their presence during ceremony. Taking cognizance on it chief minister office (CMO) had instructed to government officials through chief secretary to be present during state foundation Day on November 9, 2017. As Trivendra Singh Rawat led BJP government is going to complete one year on March 18 so he is convening a gala function at parade ground. In which all MPs have been invited & CMO has issued itinerary of the function as well. To ensure crowd presence chief secretary has issued notice to all additional chief secretary, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries & Additional Secretaries & Head of Department (HoD) to be present at parade ground during ceremony.
