Winter session concludes today

After completing day proceeding, Speaker pronounced house sine-die on Friday. With this pronouncement speaker has ascertained the dainiknation.com news, which had carried a story that winter session would end early due to weather on December 5, today. As we know that Trivendra Singh Rawat led BJP government had announced that they would conduct winter session at Bharadisain at Gairsain of Chamoli district. Although he had also claimed that their party in favour of declaring Gairsain as summer capital of the state.

Thereafter he had claimed that he does not want to organise the session for the sake of fun and they are  serious about Gairsain which is why they would organise longest session i.e. December 7-13 there. With this they want to send message to the people that their government is serious about the Gairsain. When they went there then their claim proven wrong due to bone-chilling weather of Gairsain. Taking cognizance on it they passed the supplementary budget and transfer bill in first day of the winter session and later they ended the session on second day.
