Matra sadan has filed a case against eight persons including chief minister, chief secretary, principal secretary, Haridwar DM in the Haridwar court.
In his petition, Matra sadan saint Dayanand Saraswati alleged that Swami Atmbodhanand has been kidnapped with an intention to his murder. After listening the petitioner Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Ashutosh Mishra has given next date i.e. December 11 for hearing.
Advocate Arun Kumar Bhadauria disclosed that Matra Sadan Brahmchari Dayanand has filed a petition on Friday. In which he has framed murder charges against eight person including Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary Industrial Development Anand Vardhan, Haridwar DM Deepak Rawat, ADM Administration BK Mishra, city Magistrate Manish Kumar Singh, MD Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation STS Lepcha and Divisional Laungik Manager Jwalapur CJM.
The petitioner alleged that his guru Swami Shivanandji Maharaj is fighting against illegal mining for the last several days. On December 7 City Magistrate Manish Kumar Singh along with huge number of police personnel intruded to his ashram.
He had taken saint Atmbodhanand forcefully in ambulance while he was doing his protest peacefully. Even they did not inform Matra sadan either in writing or verbal about reason for his forceful lifting. He alleged that officers have already murdered two saints earlier with the connivance of mafia.
Even they have taken Atmbodhanand with an intention to his murder. After listening the petition CJM Mishra has transferred the case to Additional Civil Judge senior division judicial magistrate Haridwar. During listening he has pronounced next date for hearing is December 11.
