kharola become new CMD of Air India

Pradeep kharola has been appointed as chairman and Managing Direcotr of Air India today.

Kharola belongs to uttarakhand and he would take charge from Rajiv Bansal, who has been working as interim chairman and Managing Director for the last three months. Few days ago he was given three months extension. currently kharola was working as MD Banglurur Metro Rail Corporation (BMRC).

he has been appointed as CMD when government is planning to disinvestment in Air India.
